GenJet™ DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent for NIH 3T3 Cells is specifically optimized for efficient plasmid DNA delivery into NIH 3T3 cells. NIH 3T3 is a well-characterized mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line originally established by George Todaro and Howard Green from Swiss mouse embryo tissue. Due to its robust growth characteristics and reproducible biological responses, NIH 3T3 has become one of the most widely used fibroblast cell models in cell biology, molecular biology, and gene expression studies.

The transfection conditions described below have been optimized to achieve high transfection efficiency in NIH 3T3 cells. One milliliter of GenJet™ Reagent is sufficient for approximately 300–600 transfections in 24-well plates or 50–100 transfections in 6-well plates, depending on the culture format and amount of DNA used.

Storage Condition
Store at 4°C. When maintained under the recommended storage conditions, the product remains stable for at least 24 months.
