Description:
Recombinant human adenovirus serotype 5 with E1/E3 deletions expressing a scramble shRNA under the control of the U6 promoter. RFP expression is driven by the CMV promoter and serves as a fluorescent reporter. This adenoviral vector is commonly used as a negative control for gene knockdown studies in cultured cells and in vivo animal experiments.
