Description:
AAV5-GFAP-GFP is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype DJ/8 (with capsid from AAV serotype DJ/8 and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses GFP exclusively in astrocytes/glial cells under GFAP promoter. AAV(DJ/8)5-GFAP-GFP was super purified in vivo grade and can be used for both in vitro and in vivo applications. Ready to use format.
