Description: AAV1-U6-shRNA-mCherry is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype 1 (with caspid from AAV serotype 1 and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses scramble shRNA under U6 promoter with co-expression of mCherry as reporter under CMV promoter. This product used in the gene knockdown experiments as a control in cultured cells and animal experiments. The structure of rAAV is like “ITR-U6-shRNA(scramble)-PolyT-CMV-mCherry-PolyA-ITR”. Ready to use format.
