Description: AAV(PHP.B)-Synapsin-GFP is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype PHP.B (with capsid from AAV serotype PHP.B and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses EGFP under the human Synapsin promoter (for neuronal exclusive expression). Compared with rAAV serotype 9, rAAV in serotype PHP.B is able to penetrate brain-blood barrier (BBB) and infect CNS via tail vein I.V. with 50 times better transduction efficiency. Ready to use format.
