Description: AAV(PHP.eB)-Syn-GFP-P2A-Cre is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype PHP.eB (with capsid from AAV serotype PHP.eB and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses EGFP with co-expression of Cre recombinase via the P2A linker under the human Synapsin promoter (for neuronal exclusive expression). Compared with rAAV serotype PHP.B, rAAV in serotype PHP.eB is able to penetrate brain-blood barrier (BBB) and infect CNS via tail vein I.V. with 5 times better transduction efficiency. Ready to use format.
