AAV5-CMV-Null is a pre-packaged recombinant AAV based on serotype 5, featuring an AAV5 capsid and AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). This vector contains an empty expression cassette under the CMV promoter, carrying no transgene, and is commonly used as a negative control in gene delivery experiments. Supplied in a ready-to-use format, it enables reliable and reproducible application in vitro and in vivo.
