AAV8-HBV1.0 is a ready-to-use, pre-packaged recombinant AAV vector constructed with an AAV serotype 8 capsid and AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (2× ITRs). The vector contains a complete hepatitis B virus (HBV) genome derived from the classical genotype D (serotype ayw), enabling efficient HBV replication in vivo.
Leveraging the capacity of recombinant AAV to support stable and sustained transgene expression, AAV8-HBV1.0 is a reliable and well-validated tool for establishing HBV animal models in studies of viral biology, disease pathogenesis, and therapeutic development. The product is supplied in a fully packaged format for immediate experimental application.
