Description:
AAV(Anc80L65)-CMV-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus vector packaged in the engineered Anc80L65 serotype (Anc80L65 capsid with AAV2 ITRs), designed to overexpress enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) under the control of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter. The CMV promoter enables strong and ubiquitous transgene expression across a broad range of mammalian cell types. Supplied in a ready-to-use format for immediate experimental application.
Anc80L65 is a synthetic ancestral AAV capsid engineered through in silico ancestral sequence reconstruction. This serotype has been reported to exhibit high transduction efficiency in multiple tissues, including liver, muscle, retina, cochlea, and central nervous system tissues, making it a versatile vector for in vivo gene delivery applications.
