Description:
AAV9-CMV-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vector based on serotype 9, featuring an AAV9 capsid and AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (2× ITRs). It drives robust overexpression of enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) under the control of the CMV promoter. The vector is supplied in a ready-to-use format for direct application in transduction experiments.
