Description:
AAV2-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus based on serotype 2, containing an AAV2 capsid and AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). It drives robust expression of enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) under the control of the CMV promoter. Supplied in a ready-to-use format, this vector is suitable for efficient gene expression and transduction studies in vitro and in vivo.
