Description:
AAV9-EF1α-fDIO-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vector using the AAV9 capsid and AAV2-derived ITRs. The vector utilizes an fDIO (FLP-dependent Double-floxed Inverted Open reading frame) configuration to enable FLP recombinase-dependent GFP expression under the control of the EF1α promoter.
In the presence of FLP recombinase, the fDIO cassette undergoes site-specific recombination, resulting in proper orientation of the GFP coding sequence and subsequent GFP expression. The product is supplied in a ready-to-use format.
