Description:
AAV9-CMV-Luc is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vector pseudotyped with the AAV serotype 9 capsid and containing AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). The vector encodes firefly luciferase (Luc) driven by the human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter, enabling strong and broad transgene expression in a wide variety of mammalian cell types and tissues. Due to the broad tissue tropism and high transduction efficiency of AAV9, this vector is well-suited for in vivo bioluminescence imaging, gene expression analysis, and preclinical animal studies. Supplied in a ready-to-use format for both in vitro and in vivo applications.
