Description:
AAV1-CMV-Luc is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vector pseudotyped with the AAV serotype 1 capsid and containing AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). This vector expresses firefly luciferase (Luc) under the control of the human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter for robust transgene expression in mammalian cells. The vector is supplied in a ready-to-use format for both in vitro and in vivo applications.
