Description:
AAVhu68-CMV-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vector pseudotyped with the hu68 capsid, a naturally occurring AAV serotype closely related to AAV9 and widely utilized for efficient systemic gene delivery and robust transduction in vivo. This vector expresses enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) under the control of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter, enabling strong and constitutive transgene expression in transduced cells. The vector contains a WPRE element to further enhance transgene expression and improve overall expression stability. Supplied as a ready-to-use high-titer viral preparation suitable for immediate in vitro or in vivo applications.
