AAV(BI30)-CBh-GFP-3×miR122 is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vector packaged in the BI30 serotype, a capsid with preferential tropism for central nervous system (CNS) endothelial cells. This vector drives robust GFP expression under the control of the hybrid CMV enhancer/chicken β-actin (CBh) promoter and incorporates three tandem miR-122 target sequences to suppress off-target transgene expression in hepatocytes. The virus is supplied in a ready-to-use format for in vitro and in vivo applications.
