Description:
AAV(BI30)-CAG-Luc-T2A-GFP-3xmiR122 is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype BI30 (a capsid with tropism for CNS endothelial cells) which over-expresses firefly luciferase (fLuc) with co-expression of GFP via T2A linker under the CAG promoter. To inhibit the transgene expression in hepatocytes, the miR122 target sequence repeats were cloned after the EGFP. Ready to use format.
