Description:
AAVrh74-CAG-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant AAV (rAAV) vector packaged with the rh74 capsid, a serotype with strong muscle tropism that efficiently transduces both skeletal and cardiac muscle tissues. The vector drives robust expression of EGFP under the control of the CAG promoter (also known as the CBA promoter), which combines the cytomegalovirus (CMV) early enhancer with the chicken β-actin promoter to achieve high levels of transgene expression in mammalian cells. This vector is supplied in a ready-to-use format, suitable for both in vitro and in vivo applications targeting muscle tissues.
