Description:
AAV9-CAG-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant AAV vector based on serotype 9, containing an AAV9 capsid and AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). This vector expresses enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) under the control of the strong, ubiquitous CAG promoter (also known as CBA), a hybrid promoter composed of the CMV immediate-early enhancer and the chicken β-actin promoter. The CAG promoter enables robust and sustained transgene expression across a wide range of mammalian cell types and tissues. Supplied in a ready-to-use format, AAV9-CAG-GFP is well suited for in vitro and in vivo applications requiring efficient gene delivery and high-level GFP expression.
