AAV-AiE0140h-3xC2-minBG-FlpO-4X2C-WPRE3 is a ready-to-package AAV vector designed for cell type–specific Flp/FRT recombination. The corresponding AAV cis plasmid is already available and ready for immediate AAV packaging—simply choose your desired AAV serotype to initiate production.
The AiE0140h regulatory architecture features the 3×C2 enhancer coupled to a minimal β-globin promoter (minBG) to drive expression of FlpO recombinase carrying an SV40 nuclear localization signal (NLS) for efficient nuclear targeting. The construct also incorporates 4×2C regulatory elements and WPRE3 to support regulated and efficient expression.
This vector is well suited for Flp/FRT-dependent genetic manipulation, intersectional targeting, cell type–specific labeling, and neural circuit studies, particularly when combined with Flp-dependent reporter or effector systems.
