Position: Technical Support Specialist
Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in empowering researchers worldwide. You’ll work closely with scientists to provide expert guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical support for SiganGen’s products and services.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex experimental issues and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and Sales/Marketing teams to address customer needs and drive product improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including MSDS, protocols, FAQs, and customer resources.
- Customer Engagement: Represent SignaGen at scientific conferences, webinars, and training sessions to share expertise and foster strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Master’s or PhD in a life sciences field (Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field)
- Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in a life sciences company.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as transfection, qPCR, exosome isolation, RNA/DNA handling, virus packaging, or similar applications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Position: Research Associates (RA)[Closed]
Description:
We are looking for an experienced Research Associate to help develop new products in the area of RNA interference, cell signaling, transcriptional regulation, and/or RNA amplification.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Molecular Cell Biology.
- Hands-on experiences in gene cloning, nucleic acid purification and amplification, lentiviral cell culture, cell-based functional assay, and FACS.
- Previous experience in product development is a plus.
- Good writing and oral communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to prepare technical manuals, promotional materials, and website content related to life science research reagents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology or Molecular Cell Biology
- Have some experience in preparing brochures, catalogues, protocols, and user manuals in the life science industry.
- Previous experience in website design is a plus.
- Good writing and oral communication skills.

Position: Product Manager (Full-time) [Closed]
Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (full-time or part-time) to work closely with SignaGen scientists to plan, implement, launch, and promote innovative products.
Minimum Requirements:
- M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology or Molecular Cell Biology
- 2-3 years of related experience in product management and strategic marketing. Experience in marketing life science research reagents, including analysis of market performance and technology trend is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing brochures, catalogues, protocols, user manuals, application notes, and website content for life science reagents and consumables.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write presentations, articles for publication, and grant applications.
