AAV-CAG-TATAlox-GFP-U6-shRNA Ready to Package for Cre-dependent Expression of shRNA and GFP

  1. Dear sir/madam,

We are interested in introducing a shRNA to knock-down mGlu7 receptor in a Parvalbumin Cre+ mice line. We are thinking about using this vector. Where should we insert our shRNA? We suposse it would be at the same place where scrambled RNA is now located (cutting Scrambled RNA between AgeI 2253 and SfoI 2490). Is that correct?

We are also wondering whether you can also provide us with a customized vector containing mGlu7 shRNA. And if so, whether you can also send us these AAV particles ready to infect the mice.

Thank you very much in advance,

    Best regards,

  2. I’d like to use this construct in my research. First, I clone them to shRNA targeting my GOI, and packaging them with AAV. I’ll co-inject this AAV with AAV-GFAP-Cre. Have you confirmed this construct is working well in the brain? And if so, could you give me a quote and detailed sequence information?

  3. Hi,
I want to purchase the plasmid ( AAV-CAG-TATAlox-GFP-U6-shRNA Ready to Package for Cre-dependent Expression of shRNA and GFP).
Can you please send me the quotation for the same.
    Thanks,
    Danish.
