Description:
AAVrg-EF1α-Cre is a pre-packaged recombinant AAV vector of serotype
2-retrograde (AAV2-rg capsid with AAV2 ITRs) that drives overexpression of Cre recombinase under the
EF1α promoter. This product is designed for use in the Cre-lox system as a
genetic tool to mediate site-specific recombination between loxP sites in
