Description:
AAV9-CAG-DIO-hM3D(Gq)-T2A-mCherry is a pre-made recombinant AAV vector of
serotype 9 that enables Cre-dependent expression of the hM3D(Gq) DREADD, with
co-expression of an mCherry reporter via a T2A self-cleaving peptide, under
the control of the CAG promoter (also known as the CBA promoter). This system
is commonly referred to as DIO, Cre-ON, FLEX-rev, FLEX-ON/FlexON, or AAV-DIO.
The vector is supplied in a ready-to-use format.
