SignaGen's DNA/siRNA transfection reagents today are listed in the CIC Supply Center of University of Missouri. The supply center is intended to provide rapid access to products such as lab consumables, restriction enzymes, polymerases, markers, DNA and RNA isolation materials and transfection reagents. The direct sale of SignaGen's transfection products will allow researchers to purchase conveniently and rapidly with discount prices. SignaGen's flagship products, LipoD293 and PolyJet, GenJet Ver. II DNA Transfection Reagents are being sold in the supply center with limited trial samples available.

SignaGen Launches GenMute siRNA Transfection Reagent

SignaGen Laboratories today launches a novel non-liposomal transfection reagent--------GenMute™ siRNA & DNA Transfection Reagent. With our proprietary pH Dependent Conformational Change (PDCC) technology, GenMute™ reagent was formulated by addition of pre-screened hydrophobic groups to its side chain, making GenMute™ Reagent a versatile and most powerful gene delivery tool in the market. GenMute™ reagent is so powerful that 1.0 nM siRNA is sufficient enough to knckdown more than 90% gene expression on most mammalian cells. GenMute™ reagent have been validated to effectively and reproducibly transfect single DNA or siRNA or co-transfect DNA/siRNA to variety of mammalian cells. GenMute™ reagent, 1.0 ml/vial, is sufficient for up to ~2,000 reactions based on transfecting 10 pmol siRNA per well in 24-well plate.

SignaGen Moved to Shady Grove Development Park

SignaGen moves to a newly renovated laboratory located in the corner of Shady Grove Developmental Park (15875 Gaither Drive of Gaithersburg). The new laboratory is certified by Maryland State and equipped with state-of–art of instruments and core facilities. The new laboratory will provide us a bigger and better platform to conduct R&D, based on which more products will be generated, formulated and optimized.
