Please select a siRNA database from the pull down menu. At present we offer control duplexes and pre-designed siRNAs for over 17,000 reviewed genes based on the NCBI Refseq database (146.4) for Mouse, Rat and Human.
To specify your search, please enter a RefSeq accession number or a gene name, eg. NM_001021 or RPS17 etc.
You can order your siRNA designs as 19mers + overhang as well as 2x 64mer dsDNAs for DNA plasmid directed siRNAs used in pSUPER vectors as described in Brummelkamp et al. in Science 2002 296: 550-553
As a special offer, you can order the 27mer siRNA discribed in Kim et al. in Nature Biotechnology 2005 23(2): 222-226
