and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses EGFP under the human
Synapsin promoter (for neuronal exclusive expression). Ready
to use format.
rAAV serotype PHP.S, a newly identified artificial serotype, was
proved to transduce peripheral nervous systems most efficiently. It was
reported that 1x10^12 VG of AAV-PHP.S transduced 82% of dorsal root ganglion
neurons while same dose of AAV serotype 9 failed to transduce.
